William LaValley III of Palmdale Killed in Bakersfield Crash
Bakersfield, CA (October 16, 2021) – On Thursday, 40-year-old William LaValley III of Palmdale died in a rear-end crash on Highway 14.
The authorities responded to the crash scene before 7 p.m. north of Avenue A in Rosamond.
When the officers arrived at the scene, they pronounced LaValley III dead.
Also, they found a Chevrolet pickup truck missing its front two wheels in the center divider. Officers said it may have rolled several times before it finally stopped.
Investigating officers said the pickup truck rear-ended a semi-truck which caused the initial accident. Then, it lost control and rolled into the center divider.
