71-Year-Old William Harold O’Connell Killed in US 285 Accident [Pecos County, TX]

Pecos County, TX (December 9, 2023) – 71-year-old William Harold O’Connell was killed following a US 285 accident Thursday evening.

It was about 6:45 p.m. when 41-year-old Joshua Robert Pass was driving south on US 285 and struck O’Connell in the roadway. 

Unfortunately, O’Connell succumbed to their crash injuries at the scene.

Pass, on the other hand, was not injured.

Officers are still investigating this fatal collision.
