Traffic Accidents Could Be Deadly
Traffic safety should never be a laughing matter as the dangers of driving continue to rise. Yet the public is forced to put their lives at stake on the road each day. Driving your children to school, driving to the market, or driving to fill up on gas should not be a life-and-death matter.
However, nowadays, unexpected death just like what happened in the Kent fatal collision could happen at any time. It is absurd that a person’s negligence can have devastating effects on other people. Yet, the days and months following a tragedy are the worst to deal with.
Thus, knowing that when a person dies or is killed due to another’s negligence or misconduct, the bereaved can sue the negligent parties for the damages they caused.
