Injuries Reported in Quincy Motorcycle Accident on Forest Service Road 28N03
QUINCY, CA (June 2, 2022)– Saturday afternoon, Walter Bunning suffered injuries in a motorcycle crash on Forest Service Road 28N03.
The incident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on Forest Service Road 28N03.
According to reports, 74-year-old Walter Bunning of Santa Maria drove his 2020 BMW motorcycle northbound. Then, 65-year-old Wynne Benti of Bishop sat on her 2005 BMW motorcycle and stopped on the road.
Due to Walter Bunning’s unsafe speed, he failed to stop his BMW motorcycle. Then, he crashed into Wynne Benti’s BMW motorcycle.
Afterward, Bunning veered to the right to try to avoid a collision with Benti. However, the left side of Bunning’s BMW crashed with the right side of Benti’s BMW motorcycle.
As a result, Benti fell off her BMW motorcycle with no injuries.
Meanwhile, Bunning continued north and his BMW rolled over onto the east shoulder of Forest Service Road 28N03.
