Fatal Cox Communications Cable Truck Versus Sedan Crash on Interstate 8
El Cajon, CA (January 10, 2021) – On Saturday, Viviana Mazon, 32, died in a crash on Interstate 8.
The accident took place at about 4:30 p.m. eastbound on the freeway, at the Greenfield Drive off-ramp.
The Cox Communications technician who drove a truck involved during the accident was not hospitalized.
Meanwhile, the off-ramp is expected to be closed for an extended period of time.
Later reports reveal Viviana Alicia Mazon was the passenger of a Sedan that struck the box truck.
