Early Morning Pedestrian Accident in Visalia Turns Deadly

 
VISALIA, CA (February 16, 2019) – A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Visalia.
 
The fatal incident happened around 4:08 a.m. at the intersection of Road 140 and Avenue 266.
