Injuries Reported in Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash on Crosby Avenue
Oak Harbor, WA (April 27, 2024) On Wednesday afternoon, a 16-year-old girl was killed, while 2 others were hurt in a brutal solo-car crash on Crosby Avenue.
According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), the fatal crash happened at about 4 p.m. on southbound Crosby Avenue.
Reports say that a 16-year-old girl driving a southbound vehicle failed to make a curve, causing her vehicle to roll over.
Medics rushed the driver and a female passenger to Whidbey Health, where the 16-year-old passenger was pronounced dead.
Officials say that another passenger suffered injuries and was treated at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the single-vehicle crash.
