Violent Knott Avenue Car Crash Injures Buena Park Police Officer [Buena Park, CA]

Buena Park, CA (August 6, 2024) On Monday morning, a BPD officer was hurt and hospitalized after the violent Knott Avenue car crash.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the traffic crash happened around 1:49 a.m. at the intersection of Knott Avenue and Naomi Avenue.

Officials say that an eastbound vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into a Buena Park Police patrol SUV.

The officer was taken to the hospital via ground ambulance. His current condition and the severity of the injury is unknown at this time.

CHP is investigating the traffic crash and have not released further details at this time.
