Violent Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Rogge Lane Results in Injuries [Austin, TX]

Austin, TX (March 2, 2024) On Monday morning, a person sustained serious injuries after a horrific auto-pedestrian crash on Rogge Lane.

According to the Austin Police Department (APD), the hit-and-run collision happened at about 4:30 a.m. on Manor Road, just north of Rogge Lane.

Reports say that a white, newer model four-door pickup truck struck a pedestrian and fled the scene before authorities arrived at the scene.

Austin-Travis County EMS and the Austin Fire Department also responded to the crash site.

Medics rushed the pedestrian, who suffered life-threatening injuries, to the hospital in critical condition.

Police are searching for the suspect driver and vehicle who remains at large.
