Violent 2-Vehicle Crash on Palmdale Boulevard Kills 1 [Palmdale, CA]

Palmdale, CA (October 13, 2023) On Wednesday evening, a passenger was killed in a 2-vehicle crash on Palmdale Boulevard.

According to the Palmdale Station of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the suspected DUI crash happened around 9 p.m. on Palmdale Boulevard.

Reports say that an eastbound vehicle was swerved into the oncoming traffic lane and collided with the front of a westbound vehicle.

A passenger inside the 2nd vehicle was transported to a hospital, where they were declared dead at the hospital.

Meanwhile, officials arrested the driver of the 1st vehicle for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Authorities closed Palmdale Boulevard between 70th Street East and 80th Street.

Deputies are investigating the fatal crash.
