Police Seek the Hit-And-Run Driver That Left Viktorija Defrees Dead in Tolleson Accident
Tolleson, AZ (June 24, 2021) – Early Saturday morning, 28-year-old Viktorija Defrees died in a hit-and-run crash along Buckeye Road west of 103rd Avenue.
The deadly Arizona hit-and-run crash in Tolleson happened at around 3 a.m. on June 19.
Viktorija’s mother Danguole Daniene said her daughter was on her morning jog when a vehicle hit her, and left her dead on the street.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s officials said Viktorija was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver along Buckeye Road, west of 103rd Avenue.
Moreover, MCSO said the SUV involved appears to be a dark-colored Hummer H3, possibly a 2006-2009 year model. The vehicle has distinctive wide tires. Also, the location of its license plate is on the lower-left side of the car. It also has a light-colored tow hook.
