1 Person Dead in Snyder Auto Accident on Highway 84 near Ennis Creek

SNYDER, TX (March 28, 2024) – Thursday night, Victoria Salinas died in a fatal two-vehicle crash on Highway 84 near Ennis Creek.

The incident happened on Highway 84 near Ennis Creek.

According to the DPS, a southbound truck collided with a vehicle that was traveling on Ennis Creek and entered into the path of the truck.

Moreover, responders rushed a passenger of the second vehicle, identified as Salinas, to University Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead.

Then, paramedics transported the driver of the truck, identified as 31-year-old Eric Morin, and the driver of the other vehicle, identified as Colton Guynes, to UMC with incapacitating injuries. Also, authorities transported a 13-year-old passenger of the truck to Cogdell Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the DPS continued to investigate the crash.
