Lanes Blocked in Fontana Auto Accident on State Route 71 and Rio Ranch Road
FONTANA, CA (June 6, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, authorities arrested Victor Solis Hernandez following an alarming police chase crash on State Route 71.
The incident started at around 2:32 p.m. when authorities spotted a stolen 2022 Dodge Ram TRX on Tamarind Avenue and Santa Ana Avenue and started a police pursuit.
According to reports, the suspect vehicle which was traveling at a high rate of speed, collided with multiple cars on State Route 71 at Rio Ranch Road.
Moreover, authorities confirmed that multiple occupants of the victim’s vehicles sustained injuries in the crash. Then, paramedics transported the driver of the suspect vehicle, identified as Victor Solis Hernandez, to a hospital for treatment.
Furthermore, officers arrested Hernandez for still unknown charges.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
