Injuries Reported in Greenwood Accident on Sliger Mine Road and Highway 193
GREENWOOD, CA (March 3, 2022) – Tuesday night, authorities arrested Victor Millhouse after a DUI crash on Sliger Mine Road and Highway 193.
The incident occurred at around 6:15 p.m. just north of Sliger Mine Road on Highway 193.
According to reports, 72-year-old Victor Millhouse of Cool pulled out of a bar’s parking lot onto Highway 193. However, he went into the path of a 1997 Jeep Wrangler with two 17-year-old girls. Then, the Jeep sustained heavy front-end damage when it collided with the suspect’s 2019 GMC Canyon.
As a result, the Jeep driver from Georgetown sustained minor injuries.
Officers confirmed that Millhouse also sustained minor injuries when his vehicle overturned. Responders took Victor Millhouse to Marshall Hospital for treatment. Later, authorities arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Furthermore, the authorities continue to investigate the collision.
