1 Person Injured in Odessa Auto Accident on E 100th Street
ODESSA, TX (April 19, 2023) – Recently, authorities arrested Victor Manuel Lopez after a horrific DWI crash on E 100th Street.
The incident happened in the 200 block of E 100th Street.
According to reports, a 2018 Ram failed to negotiate a curve and leave the roadway. Then, the vehicle driver, Victor Manuel Lopez, overcorrected, slid on the sidewalk, and crashed into a brick/wooden post.
Moreover, responders transported Manuel Lopez and a passenger of the vehicle to MCH for treatment. Also, authorities confirmed that the vehicle passenger suffered a fracture on his neck, spine, and face. Meanwhile, Lopez sustained lacerations and contusions on his face and both his hands.
Furthermore, officers arrested Manuel Lopez for Driving While Intoxicated and Deadly Conduct.
