1 Dead in Jurupa Valley Pedestrian Accident on Van Buren Boulevard and Clay Street

JURUPA VALLEY, CA (March 16, 2022) – Tuesday morning, Victor Gonzales died in a hit-and-run crash on Van Buren Boulevard and Clay Street.

The accident happened at around 1:35 a.m. in the 6000 block of Van Buren Boulevard, just north of Clay Street.

According to reports, as Victor Gonzales walked on Van Buren Boulevard, a vehicle ran him over.

At this time, the events that have led up to the crash remain unclear. However, paramedics declared Victor Gonzales dead at the scene.

Also, the authorities later found the hit-and-run suspect, and arrested him. Kyle R. Williams, 38, of Moreno Valley is being booked on suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run.

Furthermore, the authorities urged anyone with information on the case to call the sheriff’s Jurupa Valley Station at 951-955-2600.
