FONTANA, CA (August 4, 2020) – Monday afternoon, 82-year-old Vicente Delgado died in a vehicle and motor scooter crash on Arrow Route.
 
On August 3rd just before 2:00 p.m., the CHP and the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a report of a fatal crash. The incident took place in the 13300 block of Arrow Route.
 
Upon their arrival, they located a person down in the middle of the street.
 
However, the emergency medical responders declared the man dead at the scene.
 
Furthermore, witnesses said that the person reportedly rode a motor scooter before a white van hit the victim.
 
The authorities did not provide further details about the person.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the white van stayed at the scene and cooperated with the ongoing investigation.
