Pine Grove, CA (August 21, 2021) – A crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian occurred on State Highway 88 on Friday morning. 

The incident took place on August 20 in the area of State Highway 88 at about 8:08 a.m. 

Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found a man lying on the road. According to the report, a vehicle identified as a jeep compass ran over the pedestrian. 

However, due to the lack of details, it is unclear what events led up to the collision. 

Furthermore, authorities have not released the identification of the victim as well as the severity of the injuries sustained.
