Crash on Concord Avenue Involving Pedestrian Leads to Road Closure
Concord, CA (July 4, 2021) – A vehicle struck a pedestrian in a crash on Concord Avenue on Saturday morning.
The pedestrian accident took place on July 3 in downtown Concord. Due to the lack of details, it is still unclear what caused the collision. Furthermore, there has been no information if the pedestrian sustained injuries and how severe those injuries were.
Furthermore, Concord Police Department reported that the collision prompted the closure of the area from Pleasant Hill towards Costco at Harrison. The surrounding area remained close during cleanup and preliminary duties. However, the road reopened by 12:50 p.m.
