1 Dead in Mission Hills Auto Accident on 11000 North Sepulveda Boulevard

MISSION HILLS, CA (August 10, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a horrific vehicle crash on 11000 North Sepulveda Boulevard killed 1 person.

The incident occurred at around 9:10 a.m. in the 11000 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard.

Reports from the fire department revealed that a woman drove the vehicle into the covered service bay driveway. However, crashed into a customer reception area within the dealership. Also, the authorities haven’t clarified why she crashed through the establishment. Meanwhile, a police investigator said that the driver mistakenly hit the accelerator instead of the brake.

The impact trapped a woman beneath the vehicle. Then, bystanders freed her, including a nurse who initiated CPR on the woman who was not breathing and had no pulse.

Then, responders took her to a hospital where she later succumbed to injuries.

Meanwhile, two male workers at the dealership also suffered injuries, including one with a head wound, but their injuries were non-life-threatening. Responders took both of them to the hospital in fair condition.

Also, paramedics examined the woman who was driving the car but did not appear to be injured. Also, she refused to be transported to a hospital,

The driver stayed at the scene and was cooperative with the police investigation.

Also, the authorities haven’t clarified whether she had been detained or arrested. Moreover, officers said that the crash appeared to be an accident.
