45-Year-Old Valerie Garcia Killed in South Buckner Boulevard Collision [Dallas, TX]

Dallas Vehicle Crash Results in Fatality

Dallas, TX (February 27, 2024) – 45-year-old Valerie Garcia was killed and two others were injured following a South Buckner Boulevard collision early Tuesday morning.

It was around 1 a.m. when the two-vehicle collision unfolded at the intersection with Forney Road.

According to the investigating officers, a Chevy Impala was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck another car and flipped it.

The woman riding the flipped car, Valerie Garcia, died at the crash scene. 

The medical team rushed the two men riding the Impala to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Dallas Police officers are investigating if Impala was street racing when the collision happened.
