2 Impaired Teens Arrested after Suspected Theft and Multi-Vehicle Crash near Alderwood Mall

LYNNWOOD, WA (November 9, 2019) – Two teens were arrested following a multi-vehicle crash near Alderwood Mall, Saturday evening.

According to the Lynnwood Police Department, the incident happened in the area of 184th Street Southwest. A stolen van smashed into three other vehicles near Alderwood Mall Parkway. The van also crashed into the parking lot of the nearby Target and Kohl’s stores.

Fortunately, no one sustained injuries in the crash.

Authorities arrested a man and a woman inside the van. Officers believe that alcohol played a role in the collision. Meanwhile, investigators continue to look into how the van was stolen.
