Three-Vehicle Crash on State Route 8 Hospitalized One Rider
Thurston County, WA (September 6, 2020) – On Saturday, a motorcyclist and another person were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 8.
The crash involving a motorcycle and multiple vehicles happened at 5:20 p.m. on Winslow Drive.
Washington State Patrol Trooper Ryan Burke said the motorcyclist sustained multiple broken bones. The rescuers airlifted the rider to the hospital in critical but stable condition. While the passenger incurred a broken arm.
Police said the motorcyclist was seen traveling at a fast speed just before the crash. It has been reported that the victim landed in the bed of a truck.
On the other hand, no one in the vehicles got injured.
Moreover, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
