Norwalk Car Chase Leaves Two Hospitalized
NORWALK, CA (March 3, 2019) – Two people were injured Sunday night after a police chase led to an accident near Studebaker Road.
Los Angeles Firefighters responded to the two-car crash at about 11:45 PM near the intersection of Studebaker Road and Excelsior Drive. One vehicle was attempting to run from police when it crashed into a second car.
Upon impact, the driver that was running began a foot chase with police. Police are still searching for the suspect.
As a result of the accident, two of the occupants in the other vehicle were transported to a hospital for further medical evaluation. However, an updated status on their medical condition has not been released at this time.
It is unclear what led to the collision as the investigation is ongoing.
