Two Injured in Marcwade Drive Vehicle Crash [San Diego, CA]

San Diego, CA (August 26, 2021) – On Tuesday, a driver and a small child suffered injuries in Marcwade Drive vehicle crash.

Responding officers said a Hyundai female driver with her little granddaughter went across Del Sol Boulevard from Twining Avenue to Marcwade Drive.

Then, the female driver took away the path of a male driver  traveling on an eastbound gray sedan Del Sol Boulevard.

As a result, the two vehicles crashed. 

The female driver’s vehicle left the street and struck a “Stop” sign and flew into a backyard.

Subsequently, the vehicle went through the fence and the yard. Then, it struck another fence and also went into a second backyard after hitting a tree. 

Witnesses helped get the older woman and her granddaughter out of the wrecked vehicle.

Unfortunately, the male driver suffered a dislocated shoulder. Rescuers took him to Mercy Hospital. 

Similarly, paramedics took the small child to Rady Childrens to be checked out.
