Dog Dies, Pedestrians Injured in Collision near Constitution Boulevard
SALINAS, CA (February 11, 2020) – Two people were hospitalized after a pedestrian crash on Independence Boulevard on Tuesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened near Constitution Boulevard.
Reports showed that an unidentified vehicle hit multiple pedestrians. The collision occurred at a crosswalk.
The paramedics reported that they also found a dog dead at the scene. They sent two people to Natividad Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
Officers have not released any other details. They are still investigating the case.
