Injuries Sustained in Two-Vehicle Crash on Main Highway 101
PRUNEDALE, CA (July 31, 2019) – Two people sustained injuries after a crash on northbound Highway 101, Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place just south of the Crazy Horse Canyon Road off-ramp around 10:43 AM. Based on an initial report, a white work truck and a white minivan were involved in the incident. Other details to the crash were not yet released as of report time.
The paramedics arrived at the scene for needed medical attention. They confirmed that four people involved, including an elderly and two juveniles. Police sent two victims to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The No. 1 and 2 lanes of the highway closed while rescue and clearing operations took place in the area.
