ENUMCLAW, WA (December 5, 2018) – Two people were pronounced dead after a collision on Highway 164, early Tuesday morning. The names and places of residence of the deceased victims were not immediately released to the public, pending notification of next of kin.

The two occupants of the Kia were flown to the local hospital. The truck driver was also transported to a local hospital via ambulance. There is no update on either person’s current medical condition.
It was unclear whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. It was also noted that the roads were said to be icy at the scene. Speeding is also considered a factor in the collision, but no additional information has been disclosed as the investigation continues.
