People Injured, Daniel Garcia Arrested in Grant County Crash
Grant County, WA (September 02, 2021) – On Monday, people suffered injuries, and police arrested 23-year-old Daniel Garcia in a DUI crash on State Route 17.
The road accident took place at about 5:40 a.m. near milepost 37.
Officers said Garcia was northbound on the freeway when he suddenly lost control of his vehicle.
He overcorrected and struck the car in front of him.
Both cars left the roadway and Garcia’s car rested on its top.
As a result, Garcia, and all three of his passengers, suffered injuries. Rescuers took them to the hospital.
Paramedics airlifted a 20-year-old woman and an 18-year-old woman to hospitals.
Moreover, no one in the car Garcia struck suffered injuries.
The authorities charged Garcia with suspicion of DUI and vehicular assault.
EMS then transported Hernandez to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center and then booked her into the Napa County jail.
