1 Dead in Tacoma Accident on State Route 167
TACOMA, WA (June 21, 2021) – Friday, a truck driver died in a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 167 in Tacoma.
According to reports, the crash temporarily shut down all lanes of southbound State Route 167. Moreover, the authorities confirmed that the crash involved two cars and a semi-truck.
Meanwhile, the Washington State Patrol revealed that a pickup truck rear-ended a passenger car in the right lane. Afterward, the passenger car overturned and went into the right ditch.
Meanwhile, the truck continued straight until it crashed into the back of a semi-truck.
According to the authorities, the drivers of the passenger car and semi suffered no injuries. However, the truck driver succumbed to injuries at the scene.
