Treyvon Breckenridge Killed in Tracy Vehicle Crash
Tracy, CA (September 20, 2020) – On Friday, Treyvon Breckenridge and three other people were killed in a vehicle crash on Interstate 205.
Tracy area CHP said the fatal crash occurred at around 7 p.m. when the driver re-enters Interstate 205 off of Tracy Boulevard. He lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree.
Prior to the crash, CHP said the vehicle attempted to miss a traffic stop on southbound Interstate 5 for a moving violation, which prompted a brief high-speed chase. The pursuit was stopped after officers lost track of the vehicle.
CHP stated the vehicle crashed shortly after entering I-205 and exiting the freeway on Tracy Boulevard.
Authorities pronounced all four occupants, two males and two females, dead at the scene.
One of the victims that died is Breckenridge. He previously started his own business. He also worked in his Stockton community providing cleaning services for other residents.
Apparently, Stockton Mayor Michael Tubbs posted on Twitter about Breckenridge’s death, saying, ”
Trey was a leader, an entrepreneur, and a light. It was a joy to watch him grow through high school and I am deeply saddened and upset that his life was cut far too short. He had so much to give! Prayers for his family and for us all for the loss. RIP.”

“Insurance companies will try to save money, even if it means not fully compensating a family for the wrongful death of a loved one. When a family retains an attorney immediately, it gives them time to grieve and heal, while their attorney works to build a strong case and hold the negligent party accountable,” says Tyler Toomey, a practicing attorney at Sweet Lawyers.
