Phoenix, AZ (March 18, 2022) – Friday afternoon, 30-year-old Trevon Burris died while his two children sustained injuries in a crash on 47th Avenue and Baseline Road.

The fatal two-vehicle crash in Phoenix happened on March 18.

Phoenix Police said Burris was driving westbound when he drove left of the center lane and hit an SUV driving eastbound.

Burris sustained fatal injuries.

EMS took the two children to a hospital in unknown condition.
