1 Injured in Bakersfield Hit-And-Run on California Avenue
BAKERSFIELD, CA (November 26, 2020) – Last October, an accident on California Avenue occurred and until now, suspect Trevion Pitts remains at large.
The Bakersfield Police Department is searching for 18-year-old Trevion Pitts. They described him as “an African American male with dark hair, brown eyes, around 5’7″ and 130 pounds.” Furthermore, the authorities warned that he might be armed.
The hit-and-run accident involving Pitts happened on October 7. It occurred in the 1500 block of East California Avenue. Moreover, the crash left Elizabeth Sanchez Gomez with non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, an occupant from the suspect vehicle went out and blurted threatening statements towards the victim. The authorities noted that the said person was holding a gun.
The authorities urged anyone who sees Pitts to call 911 immediately. Moreover, they are advised not to try to make contact with him.
