Trenton Rose Arrested in High-Speed Crash on US 395 [Chewelah, WA]

Chewelah, WA (December 30, 2023) On Thursday, 3 people were hurt and hospitalized after a high-speed crash on US 395 that led to the arrest of 20-year-old Trenton Rose.

According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), the traffic accident happened after Rose, driving a Honda Accord, attempted to pass other vehicles in the shoulder when it hit another car and rolled down an embankment.

Reports say that WSP troopers were attempting to stop Rose, who drove through a gas station at high speed, and then re-entered northbound U.S. 395.

Authorities say that Rose continued driving erratically at high speed, narrowly avoiding collisions with other vehicles. Ultimately, Rose crashed the Honda and the vehicle rolled down a ditch.

Officials say that Rose and both the passengers on the Honda were hurt and hospitalized, although details of the severity of the injuries were not made available at this time.

WSP says that Trenton Nason Rose will be facing charges when he is medically cleared.

Authorities are investigating the disastrous crash.
