Travis Repman Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash on Newhall Street [San Jose, CA]

San Jose, CA (February 02, 2022) – On January 23, 37-year-old Travis Repman of Santa Clara sustained fatal injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Newhall Street.

It was about 4:40 a.m. when the collision happened at the intersection with The Alameda.

Officers said an eastbound vehicle struck Repman as he was walking in the intersection.

“The van stopped momentarily then drove away from the scene,” police said.

Immediately, the emergency responders took Repman to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Unfortunately, he died on Friday.

Investigators said there was only one witness to the fatal accident.
