Tragic Wrong-Way Crash on Central Street Led to Fatality [Houston, TX]

Injury Reported in Fatal 2-Vehicle Crash on Central Street

Houston, TX (December 4, 2023) On Saturday evening, a person was killed after a wrong-way crash on Central Street in southeast Houston.

According to the Houston Police Department, the fatal 2-vehicle crash happened at the 900 block of Central Street around 10:57 p.m.

Reports say that a wrong-way driver crashed into another vehicle. Officials say that the victim died due to the collision.

Meanwhile, the wrong-way driver was transported to the hospital. Authorities are looking into a possible DWI.

Police are investigating the fatal 2-vehicle crash and have not released further details at this time.
