1 Person Dead in Glendale Auto Accident on 43rd Avenue and Dunlap Avenue

GLENDALE, AZ (December 14, 2023) – On Wednesday, a tragic two-vehicle crash on 43rd Avenue and Dunlap Avenue killed one person.

The incident happened at the intersection of 43rd and Dunlap Avenues.

According to reports, two unidentified vehicles collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, firefighters rushed to the scene and extricated one person trapped inside the wreckage. Then, paramedics performed life-saving measures to a woman in her 60s, but to no avail. Responders pronounced the woman, dead at the scene.

Also, officers transported a man in his 60s with critical injuries and a man in his 30s in stable condition, to a hospital for treatment.

Furthermore, authorities closed 43rd Avenue, just south of Dunlap Avenue, to give way to the responders.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
