LA PORTE, TX (November 15, 2023) – Monday night, a tragic two-vehicle crash on 11400 Spencer Highway killed two people.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 9:55 p.m. in the 11400 block of Spencer Highway.

According to the La Porte Police, an eastbound 2013 Chevrolet Silverado traveling at a high rate of speed and with no headlights, crossed the center line and collided with a 2013 Toyota Tacoma.

As a result, the female driver of the Chevrolet and the male driver of the Tacoma, both died in the collision.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the LPPD continued to investigate the crash.
