FRESNO COUNTY, CA (April 16, 2023) – Saturday morning, a tragic rollover crash on Interstate 5 and Lassen Avenue killed 1 person.

The incident occurred just before 1:00 a.m. on Interstate 5 and Lassen Avenue, north of the Kings Line.

Meanwhile, the California Highway Patrol responded to investigate the crash.

According to investigators, the driver struck the center divide, causing the vehicle to overturn multiple times.

The impact ejected three occupants of the crash. Then, the male driver in his early 20s died at the scene.

Meanwhile, the other two passengers, women also in their early 20s, were transported to the hospital.

Moreover, the authorities haven’t disclosed their condition.

Also, the authorities do not suspect DUI as a factor in the crash.
