PIRU, CA (July 2, 2024) – Saturday night, a tragic pedestrian crash on Warring Park killed one person.

The incident happened at around 5:26 p.m. on Warring Park.

According to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle struck two people for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders pronounced a 47-year-old Piru man, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported a 56-year-old Fillmore man to a local trauma center with minor injuries.
