Phoenix Police Investigates Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Accident on 11th Avenue
Phoenix, AZ (July 1, 2023, 2023) On Thursday evening, a man was killed after a pedestrian crash on Jefferson Street.
Authorities say that the fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened around 9 p.m. near Jefferson Street and 11th Avenue.
Rescuers found the male pedestrian with serious injuries after an SUV struck the man standing in the roadway.
Phoenix Fire Department paramedics pronounced the man dead on the scene. Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.
Police are investigating the fatal auto-pedestrian accident and have not released further information at this time.
