BAKER, CA (October 12, 2023) – Tuesday night, a tragic pedestrian crash on Interstate 15 killed one person.
The incident happened at around 11:03 p.m. on southbound Interstate 15, about nine miles from the town of Baker.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Toyota struck a pedestrian who was walking across the southbound lanes of the interstate.
Moreover, responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Furthermore, the driver involved remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
