Reports said that the incident happened at around 10:30 a.m. on northbound U.S. Highway 287 near the Willbarger Street exit ramp.

According to the Fort Worth Police, a pickup truck struck a female pedestrian who was crossing the roadway.

Moreover, MedStar pronounced the pedestrian, dead at the scene. Also, another person was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
