1 Person Dead in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on 7200 N Loop 1604
SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 12, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a tragic pedestrian crash on 7200 N Loop 1604 killed one person.
The incident happened at the 7200 block of N Loop 1604 E.
According to the San Antonio Police, a tow truck hauling a car struck a pedestrian who was walking southbound on the westbound access road.
As a result, responding paramedics pronounced the pedestrian, dead at the scene.
Moreover, the vehicle involved remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
Also, the crash closed the Nacogdoches Road exit, but has long since reopened.
