LOS ANGELES, CA (July 31, 2023) – Saturday night, a tragic pedestrian accident on West Century Boulevard and Figueroa Street killed one person.

The incident happened at around 10:10 p.m. near the intersection of West Century Boulevard and Figueroa Street.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a vehicle driving in reverse collided with a parked vehicle for still unknown reasons. Then, the vehicle continued backing up and struck a pedestrian who was walking into a convenience store.
