1 Person Dead in Lake Elsinore Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 15 near Railroad Canyon Road

LAKE ELSINORE, CA (September 10, 2023) – Saturday morning, a tragic motorcycle crash on Interstate 15 near Railroad Canyon Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 2:30 a.m. on Interstate 15, just north of Railroad Canyon Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a northbound vehicle struck a northbound 2007 Yamaha V-Star for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash ejected the motorcyclist into the roadway. Also, the suspect vehicle fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders pronounced the motorcyclist, dead at the scene.
