LONG BEACH, CA (April 20, 2023) – Friday night, a tragic hit-and-run crash on Atlantic Avenue and Market Street killed 1 person.

The incident happened at around 9:15 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue and Market Street.

According to reports, a northbound vehicle struck a male pedestrian who was crossing the roadway outside a marked crosswalk. Then, the vehicle fled the scene after the incident.
