1 Person Dead in San Antonio Multi-Vehicle Accident on 12400 O’Connor Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 25, 2023) – Sunday morning, a tragic 3-vehicle crash on 12400 O’Connor Road killed one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 2:30 a.m. in the 12400 block of O’Connor Road.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, a vehicle veered across the double yellow line and collided head-on with a truck. Then, another truck attempted to avoid the collision and rolled over onto its side.

As a result, responders pronounced the driver of the first vehicle, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported two passengers of the first vehicle to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Also, officers said that the truck’s driver sustained minor injuries while three occupants of the second truck were not hurt in the crash.

Moreover, officers arrested the driver of the first truck on suspicion of DWI.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the San Antonio Police Department continued to investigate the crash.
