5 Dead in San Antonio Auto Accident on Highway 87 North

SAN ANTONIO, TX (June 20, 2023) – Monday morning, a tragic 2-vehicle crash on Highway 87 North killed 5 people.

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office revealed that the crash happened at about 7:30 a.m. Moreover, it happened in the 900 block of Highway 87 North of San Antonio.

According to reports, a white vehicle with four male occupants traveled north on Highway 87. Meanwhile, a male driver in a black vehicle headed south.

Then, the white vehicle passed in a no-passing zone and collided with the black vehicle near the center of the highway.

Officers revealed that the crash involved a white Mazda sedan and a black Nissan SUV. Both vehicles sustained severe damage after the crash.

Meanwhile, officers confirmed that the crash led to 5 fatalities. However, their identities remained undisclosed due to pending family notification.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
