Tragic 2-Vehicle Accident on FM 2770 Claims a Life [Buda, TX]

Buda, TX (August 31, 2023) On Monday morning, a motorcycle rider died after a 2-vehicle accident on FM 2770.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the fatal motorcycle accident happened on FM 2770 near Robert S. Light Boulevard.

Reports say that a Ford F-150 with a towing trailer pulled out in front of the northbound motorcycle. The motorcycle struck the trailer, officials say that medics transported the motorcyclist to a hospital, unfortunately, the rider succumbed to their injuries and died at the hospital.

Meanwhile, the truck driver remained at the scene.

DPS is investigating the fatal motorcycle crash and have not released additional information at this time.
